Ready to upgrade to Exclusive, but can't :(

I keep reading that upgrade from Platinum (my current level) to Exclusive is 35,000 $DNF. So I purchased 35,000 $DNF. I try to upgrade, it tells me it wants 38,500 $DNF. Is that not the upgrade price for Gold to Exclusive?

Just want to make sure. Either I'm reading the price wrong on the forum, the price went up today, or my account may be internally set as Gold when it is Platinum.

Suggestions?

$350 is the normal price; however, you can purchase F$ for around $175 and upgrade to exclusive
