RealEstate or Domain? Help

There are a lot of opinions, I'm sure, on which of these two you should do. I prefer both, but you will usually get a higher ROI with quality domains. I personally do both, physical real estate as a landlord and domaining (neither are full time though).

No matter which one(s) you choose to do, just remember that the money is made when you buy, not when you sell, though you collect the money when you sell. If you get a great deal on a quality piece of property (physical or virtual) at a great discounted price (or hand reg $7 price) you will make money. Now, with this economy, it is a great time to start looking for deals.

Rental Property
You need to know how to deal with occupant.
You need be handyman.
You need be collection agency.

Yike, I hate it already.

Rev producing domains.
You need to learn some know-hows.
Can grab nice deals lately.
You can even start with $7 if you know what you are doing.
You can run it from any where as long as there is internet connection.
You can double your investments quicker imho.

Also, you need to pay property taxes, insurance, hydro bills, taxes, ... It's almost impossible to get a good enough ROI with rental property here in Canada if you didn't buy it before 2003-2004. IMO
