Voting Early by Mail
To vote absentee by mail you must apply for a ballot with your county board of elections.
You may apply for an absentee ballot at any time during the election year, but all applications must be received by November 1, 2008 at 12 p.m. We recommend that you apply for your ballot no later than October 19, 2008 to allow enough time to process your application.
Who can vote absentee
Any registered voter may vote absentee. No excuse is required.
