Refer a Friend question

Since the support section seems to be down I will post it here. When I go to Refer a friend I see this: "Works just like “refer a friend” except ..."

Is there a font I am missing to have the words show up like that?

Moving the DB from server to server caused some font issues, I've seen this in other areas as well.

Same here. I have been scratching my head for a while now wondering what it was.
