Regard.cc is a good name. It’s a clean, meaningful dictionary word with a positive tone, and $100 isn’t expensive at all for a single-word domain like that.
That said, the reality is that .cc doesn’t have much market momentum at the moment. Most experienced investors prefer to allocate capital to extensions with stronger liquidity and more consistent resale activity. It’s not about the quality of the word — it’s about capital efficiency.
You might consider listing it on NamePros or similar forums where there are more newcomers and higher turnover. There’s a fair chance someone picks it up for personal use or as a starter investment. At $100, it’s reasonably positioned for that audience.
Sometimes a good name just needs the right buyer, not necessarily the right extension cycle.
