Jaik left us a year ago, December 1, 2006. He was an artist and a domainer. He was our friend.

We expressed our sorrow of his everyday physical absence by sending our thoughts, cards, flowers, and contributions for an education fund for his nephew in honor of uncle Jaik.
At this time, let's all take time in his continued remembrance and secure our names for the next generation. Myself, Scorpio, JESports, Bob, Azooza and others assisted his family as much as we could in retrieving his website contents and domains. Unfortunately, many items were not retrieved due to the family's lack of computer knowledge.
We are not immortal. However our names may be. Plan on sitting down with a family member or partner, and make sure you have a plan that ensures a long term continuity of your names ownership. Keep a hard copy of your names, a plan of renewal funds and a solid honest relationship with another domainer to help if help is needed. From the list above, Jaik had many friends, that list is only a fraction of the many friends he had here at DNForum.com.
