Looking for any established websites making over $25K/year. Note: I am not the person buying, but looking for another person that has $30 million in budget. The website must have existed for at least 1 year.
Your reply *must* include the TTM or trailing 12 months revenue (income, expenses, profit by) by month for the last 12 months...
Example:
July 2024: $1000 income, $100 expenses, $900 profit
June 2024: $1200 income, $50 expenses, $1150 profit

In order to avoid time waste, it is very unlikely the person will buy for anything over 2x annual Profit multiplier. So if your asking price is over 2x annual profit, please Do Not Reply. Example... if annual profit is 50k, they can pay 100k as absolute max.
