Requesting information on simply Broker Agreement or Authorization

I was contacted by a person asking me to sell two domain names for him. If not a Broker agreement, are there forms or agreements that both of us can sign to authorize me to make the domain names. I know when I listed my domain names. One question I am asked to do is verify that I am authorized to market the domain.

I completed the Domain Name Broker course on Udemy. The form I need may be there but I could not locate it.
