Enom has some good reseller accounts, but I know some people on the forums can get you a free reseller account. (I don't think it is enom.)

Usually if you make a post people will provide you with a free Enom $8.95 account. Some even offer lower. DNF offers a resellers account by visiting the forum http://www.dnforum.com/f143/ or by visiting their direct link: http://pwinc.myorderbox.com/ They offer a $6.85 resellers account.
