Rules link not working?

Maybe I am missing something... but the "Rules" link on the top (red) navigation bar doesn't seem to be functioning right. According to the mouseover, it should be directing to http://www.dnforum.com/thread77923.html but instead it refreshes to the main forum index

Tried this twice, once from the forum index page, and another time from within a specific forum - both times on the link on the top menu bar.

Any ideas anyone?

Well the initial post was regarding the link from the nav bar which is now working.
