Do you believe in Father Christmas of Santa Claus?
Father Christmas is the name used in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and several other Commonwealth countries and unfortunately the term Father Christmas is dying in our beloved countries due to the introduction of âAmericanismsâ being introduced to our children via Teleivision Media, Text Media, and so much more.
I am calling for the removal of Santa Claus from our Aussie, Kiwi and Pommie languages and asking for all people Non-American to refer to him in front of thier children as Father Christmas from now on, because I am sick of Americanisms being introduced to our proud societies via movies, media, text media and so forth!!
I am also calling for the Australian, UK, New Zealand and other commonwealth media organisations to say Father Christmas when referring to the big fat guy in the red suit with the long white beard as Father Christmas and not bloody Santa Claus!

PS: Americans, please dont take offence ... it is simply a site that sends out a message to people of commonwealth countries not to forget that Father Christmas is what us older people grew up with and unfortunately the term "Father Christmas" is being removed from our vocabulary due to media and americanisms being introduced to our societies.
