Good Evening,
I am currently accepting offers on my two sites http://scriptinstallation.ca and http://forumskins.ca , Since these are basically the same site they are for sale as a package only.
These sites are for people looking for script installations and/or forum skins so it would be very helpful if the prospective buyer can perform these services or the site will not be of much use to you.
The reason I am selling is because I recently took on Full-Time employment and do not have the free time that I once did to put into this.
The sites do make an income, especially when advertised properly.
For 2004, the yearly income was approx. $4,400
For 2005, the yearly income was approx. $2,045 (was less this year as I have been very busy this year after becoming a single father and not having as much time to focus on installations/skins)
I am willing to help out the new owner on a part time basis and will complete any outstanding orders that have been recieved prior to the sale.
I will offer site stats as well as paypal screenshots showing proof of income recieved to those seriously interested in purchasing this site.
