You probably won't get #3 or 4 or any single generic word, so let's skip them. For the first two, most search engines nowadays (like Google) have parsing technology that could tell "registerdomains" is "register domains" and not "regist erdo mains", so it is NOT worth the ugly look to include a hyphen in your domain name.

#1 or #2, depending on the search engine! This is different than browser "type in's", naturally. :D
Good Luck.

Great, thanks for your help!

What about these, which would list higher, everything else being equal?

1. domainname.com
2. domainname.org
3. domainname.us
4. domainname.it

Thanks.

PS: Just wondering if extension matters...
