It has a function that allows you to rebrand their search with your own after making it a little more specific, and then you get a revshare from the advertising that they serve up.
That's the whole point of using their engine for this.
They actually offer it, but you're meant to customise it. Using it purely as the regular results is the no-no, but if you narrow them down, i.e. Wikipedia references only, then it's all fine.
