** Sedo Question ** Please help

Hi, does anyone know how to end an auction early at sedo? I know you can't do it once the reserve price has been met, but I imagine you should be able to do it before the reserve price is met (similar to Ebay).

Any thoughts?????????

Just email them and tell them that the auction is over, if either no bids or reserve not met then they have no choice but to end the auction.

Send them an email and pray for them to answer the email.

I have an auction ended several days ago and there is no status or update.
Send a couple of emails and got no answer. They only reply when they see the money.

Very poor customer service!
