There is a very good possibility that this site will be a PR6 with the next Google PR update... It's been a PR5 two updates in a row and I have been spending a decent amount of time and money on it so I do expect it to become even more valuable to the web which should increase it's PR.
It's a good quality directory which is well marketed...
If your serious about owning your own paid directory this should be considered.

Everything is manually done. When someone submits a site, an email is sent to the admin, and the admin must upload the link. The site does very well in search becasue of this type of non-autogenerated system... The entire site is static HTML. The site has recently sold links to marketing companies working for eharmony.com and zoloft.com just to name a few...
There is also a special direct link for "friends" of seekon to get a %50 discount.
The only downfall whatsoever is that it is an info name and not a .com name, but it has mattered alot less than I had expected.. People still see the value and submit...
If I knew it would have done so well, I would have choosen a .com, but it just took off.... Glad it did, and I have given it the neccessary attention to keep it clean and strong.
