should I use free email address to contact end-user?

I mean,
[email protected] maybe more professional, however it is too "business" if you know what I mean, especially I will give a quote in my email.
Or maybe using [email protected] is the best choice?
So I am just curious about what email do you guys use to contact the end-buyers for the first time.
And when you send this email, do you include a quote?

I don't think it matters so much the email address you use. How the email is worded is what counts.
