Site only with ads?

I was searching for some information on cricket and I found this site.

it has nothing but google ads. Isn't it against the TOS??

Nope that is fine. That was made by a program called Traffic Equalizer. I believe you just can't have more than 3 per page.

Great site, but what a terrible domain name
