it seems that snapnames has stop accepting orders from their reseller partner.
but why is there no official announcement regarding this matter?

what will happen to the leftover reseller snaps?
probably it will move to the main snapnames.

But what are the procedures and when?
I saw my snaps in a current snap reseller, the exchange number become 13. So i assume, even if move to main snapnames, it will not become unlimited.

However, since the snaps still have not move to the main snapnames, i cant place any backorder now using my current snap credits. So i like to know when will i be able to use those snaps...

And it seems snapnames wont respond any email enquiries.

My take is that it actually goes against their reseller contract (and good business practice indeed) to publicize any exclusive communication such as e-mail. I frankly don't see this as serious as a "media blackout" though.

This one can stay open, the only reason the last one was closed and moved was because the person that started asked me to remove it.

Please feel free to chat all you want about snapnames.

I tried to renew a snap at Snaps.com, and they charged me (Paypal), but it wasn't renewed. They credited my account for the amount now, but won't give me the refund...since they are out of the business now, what would i do with the credit???
The only thing I can do now is to do chargeback.

If anyone here knows who runs Snaps.com. please let me know.

chargeback? The same happened to me but don't know if you can reverse the charge so easily with paypal.

I filed a complaint with Paypal, and the seller (Snaps.com) responded with the refund.
