I'm trying to renew a domain with them, but they don't seem to exist anymore :?:

Check the whois...
It sounds like they are a reseller..
If they are a GD/WWD reseller just call GD or WW and give them the name and they will send you a link to manage the name. It happens because someone doesn't renew their reseller account. The name isn't lost it is just back with the home registrar. I have had a few of these and not had any problems.
If Enom reseller I would assume the same would hold true.
