Just make your link like this

http://whatever.com
%[email protected]/

replace whatever.com with what u want the link to look like where its going and then replace spoofedlink.com with the url of your choice for it to go

P.S I dissabled vB code for my post so ui can see that above is EXACTLY what it needs the little box and %00@ things DO need to be there

Scammers have been doing this with paypal for a long time. They build an exact replica of a paypal page then mask the url and collect credit card info.
