bidding starts at $60,000, no, the name isnt mine, but I was it was

what do you think a name like that is worth, I say $125,000, very nice name!

ss.com, worth the guys starting price.

Hitler might be willing to pay any amount for SS.com ;)

This is the same guy who sold WW.com on ebay a while ago. He has posted on this board before I believe.

In today's market, the name is overpriced. He would get $25k max.

Many old cars with the "SS". I think 60k is not unrealistic.

ss.com < -- retail is over $100K like for all 2letter .coms
Wholesale is below 50K for this doamain in particular.
So, 60K is closer to retail and thus not as easy to sell.

P.S. vy.com and all other 2letter .coms that gregr sold trough his site were all undersold.

1)".COM/.NET can be re-registered if they drop

.ORG cannot be re-registered if they drop, if owner lets them expire then they are gone for good.

3) Prestege + Brandability + Memorability + Usability (all cost money)

4) .com is a world extention, there are enough people who can afford to pay relatively high $$$ for appropriate assets

5) I'm not a sceptic ...

vy.com sold again, now the former owner says somebody stole it. I know the guy who bought it, i bought some other domains from him and this is a bunch of bolony.
