I am asking for your opinion on this one:

Someone from this forums has stolen content from another's site..

Please Rank these solutions from best to worst

a) Warn the member who has stolen the content
b) Nothing
c) Ban the Site who's content was stolen
d) Ban the member who was stealing content.

Just Wondering is all :)

One post per person

Please post it in the following format:

#1 d
#2 a
#3 b
#4 c

Thanks

- Jordan

if you talking about content thief
verifiy theft
warn
warn once more and make sure reciceved
then ban
then legal

e) baseball bat to the skull

I recently discovered one of my unique online businesses has been plagerized almost to the core, and there doesn't appear to be a damn thing I can do about it

1) Be absolutely, 100% POSITIVE, with irrefutable, publishable, verifiable proof you are correct.

2) Out the thief.

WebCat

PS---> If you can't meet the criteria in #1, don't make it public.

i'd get banned here if i outted the theif

#3 is actually what happened believe it or not..

the site who was stolen from outted the culprit and the victim abused his power so to speak and banned him

at least thats what im told by the victim

allways two sides to the story :)

HERE? That's a VERY SERIOUS allegation, indeed; and you may want to substantiate it with evidence, or else it would be really not fair to the accused.

Nobody gets banned here for bringing fraudulent conduct to light - provided evidence is produced.

That's often the problem, people complain about fraudulent actions but are unable to produce solid evidence to support their complaints.

allways two sides to the story :)

make sure that you check your facts, and then I would choose
flogging.
