Strange OVT w/EXT results

so I'm checking out a few droplists for ovt results and for some I get the result:

www.domain.com link
OR
link www.domain.com

but never just the domain alone, what does this mean? Is the domain still worth something?

Such domains dont usually get any traffic. u may find such domaisn with ovt 140-200.. but they get 0-5 unique a day ...

so what's the cause of this? The domains I have found are between 20 and 50 ovt w/ext but the names do make sense. When I Google them they get thousands to millions of results and the actual name makes perfect sense why it should get traffic.
