Idearc (the guys behind SuperPages) just announced that they have purchased the url ‘LocalSearch.com‘ and 20% of AmericanTowns.com in a transaction valued at $3.3 million.

What is interesting is not only that the press release mentions the URL first - other sites also cite the URL as the main transaction conducted. Domain Name News
