Swedish speakers at DNF ?

I have a handwriting by Selma Lagerlof over here. I is a short (eight lines) poem. My Swedish friends translated it for me a while ago but I lost the translation . Please let me know if you can read an old (1897) Swedish handwriting and translate it for me.
