I know this isn't as popular as Tax Shelters, I still think it was worth registering.

Does anyone feel comfortable appraising it for resale and/ or retail (end users)?

no value here. like you said its "Tax Shelters". it seems to be a technical term that has nothing to do with personal taxation:

"The value of tax shields is not equal to the present value of tax shields"
