Well guys, this is a true strory, from my brother who used to work in technical support for an internet company.

Caller: I am having a problem logging on.
Tech.: Is your computer on?
Caller: Yes.
Tech.: What's your Operating System?
Caller: Windows XP
Tech: OK, Open "My Computer"
Caller: :) ehh, ehh, I can't do that :huh:

But at first the caller tell the tech "I am having a problem logging on" then the caller cannot see the desktop

You must have either a small monitor or large resolution. I have a 19 in LCD and I can see my icons on my desktop while still browsing the net.
