It's with some regret that I am selling this website. I've put a lot of work into it that helped the forum grow 4x (did have around 250 members and some 12k posts) from what it was just a year ago when I first acquired it. I've put a lot of time and effort into getting it customized and getting it listed in search engines and directories. If you'll notice, the site is well listed in major search engines. It is the #1 result on MSN for teen forum and #10 on MSN. The site has a PR of 4 and some other pages have PR. We have made several link exchanges and the PR is solid. I've been working on trying to get us up to a 5 for Google listing purposes. If this site could get to 5 then it would list in Google very, very well. The site was also #1 for the search teen on MSN for many months but they juggled results and we lost that for now. I hope it will come back or perhaps better SEO could easily get it back - not sure.
The forum runs on IPB (yearly) and it is due up this September. The skins that it uses are a paid skin (worth $25 and I have PSDs for it) and a heavily customized free skin. The logo on the free skin is custom work and I have a PSD copy. The site has several IPB mods installed including portal, welcome email, and a few portal blocks. We have a partnership with GK Chat Network (IRC) for out chat. The arcade (games.teenstandard.com) comes with the site as well. Date Standard is not included in the sale but if you'd like to make an offer on it in the deal please feel free to do so.
Income from the site varies - I put adsense on the site for a little and it was making a few dollars a week but the ads weren't very targeted so I pulled it. It has made $30-$40/month in the past from banner ads and text links but I haven't really pursued getting them on. Someone with more knowledge in ads would have an easy time getting money from the site. The banners I did have averaged about 2-3 clicks a day in most cases. Right now the site only makes $15/month from two bottom sitewide textlinks. I'll give you his contact details to get things moved over and I'll help if need be. We also advertise at $10/month on one site good through the 26th of this month.
I cannot provide hosting for the site on it's current account. If you'd like to get a plan with Crazy Technology in the deal then I can work that out for a slight discount. The site currently uses 2-3 GB transfer per month.
I'll be happy to stick around as an admin and assist in the transfer of the site. The only real trouble would come with the MySQL DB and even then it's not that bad.

There is also a Sedo stat box at the bottom. We usually get around 150 uniques a day but that varies.
Price
I've put a lot of work into this site and it has huge potential if taken care of. However, I'm not pricing on potential. The site itself is over a year old (~15 months to be exact). There is a good $300 invested into this site through the months and many more if you count the hours of work.
I'll look at offers in the higher $xxx range but I'd like to see a reasonable $x,xxx offer to sell.
