why not use google adwords or YPN, or something like that?

You dont really need a service to do this. You could just put an example text link listing on your website, where paid links will go, something like "Advertise Here" and then have that lead to a page with pricing per month, etc. and a contact form or a paypal buy now button. There is no need for a middleman. However sites like the one suggested above will give you more exposure if your traffic is low.
