I have read in a few threads over the past few months about this domain lawyer, his name is on the tip of my tongue but cant grasp it now.. What is his name and website where I can contact him ?

I think he has some sort of relationship with Monte ( I think I had read in a thread) but am not too sure ..

I am thinking about buying a trademarked name and want to know my options if I decide to put up a website not relevent to the trademark.. As well, I would like to keep him in my blackbook should any need arise in the future regarding advice and/or consultation .. Thank you in advance ....
