the value of NNL.com names

They have high potential as product comparison sites (at the very least) for example, if there is a device that has a model number LLN such as a Canon 72W camera (fictitious example)... or a car model.. etc.

^. Yes. I agree with that. Other than development, they do have some generic value, usually around 100-200$, depending on the buyer.

Since you are #4 out of 10 on the list, I assume you thought it was worth
$ 60.
The market has not shown a high return for them, to date.
The biggest user of NNL seems to be the asian market. And, I'm not sure
if they will pay a higher price in the aftermarket.
