It concerns someone losing their .com to a "complainant" (bici.com)

in the US you do not need a "registration" to prove your TM has been infringed.
in the US you gain a TM by use not just by registration.

in this case the respondent never replied and lost the domain, they probably paid reg fee and did not want to deal with it.
