Once upon a time, one doctor argued with his fellows that every man on the planet has been effected by polio. Even though they have gotten their polio drops when they were little, still each man on the planet is effected by it.
Everyone was wondering how?
The Doctor replied saying, "his and every man's middle , "THIRD LEG" is small. It was supposed to grow to normal size as other two legs. The polio is the cause that it is smaller.
