This is a strange business

I am amazed at a few things in this business....some of these thoughts are reasons for the others but still....

how is it people don't understand you can't "push" between registers?

Why do so many not know how to use who is?

Why are people so quick to offer silly things like 30%? (now if handled right and in bulk I understand). If you saw a house you liked and just offered 30% you are likely to get hit.

Why are so many willing to take 40%?

Why do I list something for sale, mention it is a script (with the script tagged on the site) and the person ask if its unique, the script has 140 pages....A custom site with 140 pages for $25, Please

but then I also ran across a custom script site for sale for last months revenues.....

After 6 years in this business, still very strange to me, but guess you get used to it.( I just wonder when).

So many people are willing to take 40% because they were asking for 500%.

I know that is very true in many cases, especially on domains. Silly me I price my sites and domains to where I think they are worth and feel like the buyer got a good price, guess I should triple my prices and have a 50% off sale.
