Justin is a great seller and domainer - prices names right and sells them quick. I have seen too many times where sellers are asking ridiculous prices, and when it comes down to it, they can't even get what the name is worth, because they started off way too high. Buyers who would have previously purchased are turned off and are no longer interested. A price deduction is perceived as a declining asset, indicates a lack of market interest, and makes buyers suspicious. All buyers want to feel they got a good deal. It's what allows deals in this market place to move quickly. All good sales man know to leave their buyers feeling good with a little money left in their pocket.

Instead of passing judgment on whether the names were sold too high or too low I'd like to find out how Justin went about finding the buyer. Were you approached by them or did you pitch them? It's always good to hear what transpired prior to and up to the sale. It helps buyers and sellers. Justin, any details you could share would be greatly appreciated. Congrats to both buyer and seller.

I could have bought rome.net for very low xx,xxx before Justin had it..I thought it was too much...and as far as .infos' go, it's a very small reseller market. I think you guys overestimate the value of names sometimes and lose sight of the reality of someone coughing up tens of thousands of dolars for a .info name and such..I think Justin did just fine and there is something to be said for the ease of process when selling high value names in bulk...good job dude.

exactly...if you can get in cheap you can flip below market value fast and double or triple up...thats the only way to go!
