Is it possible to add in a rule in regards to time limits on sales? I've seen several people lately replying to sales threads that are old (and I mean 1-5 years old) posting SOLD. Tehcnically it could turn into a legal SNAFU if someone really wanted to push it (we all know the legal system sometimes has little to no common sense, no offense to any law professionals out there).
Sure, we'd all love to buy domains at prices from 5 years ago but it ain't going to happen, and if it is, please PM me with those offers.:smilewinkgrin: (just kidding).
How about adding in a 30 day rule (all sales are considered "closed" after 30 days, unless otherwise noted by the original poster) that way there is still time for the sales to be conducted and checked by everyone who may want to look at them but then we won't have people trying to buy them months later (possibly after the domains were sold though other venues or dropped)?
