time zone change?

could someone in the US tell me If you are yet in daylight savings time?

I can't find a decent and updated site on the internet that will simply tell me 'live' what time it is currently in the US (EST).

and yes, i searched google

some complicated sites out there with a bunch of info, but not a simple answer to that Q.

but all I wanted is simple live time display of any place I choose.

some states dont...I remember in Utah last summer...

Nevada is in 1 time zone....Arizona and Utah in another. Utah doesnt use daylight savings (I think this is how it works) and some tribes dont in Arizona. So when driving through there, time would change by 1 hour about 4 times a day depending on which state/region you where in...
