Having noticed alot of posts about Tm issues lately and legal proceedings, Im looking for some members to guide me in the right direction of the Do's & Dont's.I Know to stay away from anything resembling google, yahoo, microsoft ect.

Yes, I am aware of whoisguard. I'm wondering if denny007 can let me know if there is a proper way to fake whois? Possibly register a DBA ficticious name, and get a P.O. box?
