Too yellow for morning.

I'm not really a morning person, you know I need to settle down quietly, have a coffee and some toast then I start to move for work. I don't like loud noises or bright light first thing in the morning ... what is this yellow that now smacks me in the eyes?
Do I need bright yellow highlighting in the morning? - No! ... please put it on a timer to come on after lunch, I'll be okay by then :-D
