Custom layout with a custom CMS. Has a great following but I don't have the time to care for the site as I originally hoped.

The first week of the month the site was being moved so I have no stats. They have been very steady for a long time though. The site has 663 backlinks at Google.

The site has a forums with 131 current members and about 3000 posts. It's a very good start. There are a couple dedicated moderators who will stick with the site and also some writers willing to get new articles up.
I have no ads on the site except for a small google adsense near the bottom but that generates very little currently. I have not attempted to sell banners or links but this should be very possible to do as the site is PR5.

There is also about 100 reviews, desktop wallpapers, movie trailers, a rss feed from gametrailers built in, almost 90 news articles, and more.
I bought this site with the hope of fixing it up and pushing it along. I have had it over a month now and find I am way to busy and would rather see the site go to a new owner.
Offers over 1k please and I will BIN it for $1500. I won't go lower than the 1k since the original articles are worth that much at least. Take a look at the site it's really nice and could go very far as a Nintendo fan based site.
note: the cms author states the cms can only be used as a single site license
