When I search top21.info in google the results come back as:

What does that mean?

The reason it would say this "IP has been banned" would be because the spider (googlebot) indexed that page with the message. Which means the previous website added googlebots ip to the ban list of the server and thats the message the banned ips get, and google indexed it as a page.

However, the traffic looks like it is coming from Korean Portals obviously.

It would be interesting to referrers, but ND does not show that as far as I know.
It's also interesting, if the traffic is coming from Asia, how come it gets 80 cents per click on average?

Because apparently the owner has set "peptides" as the search term for this domain. This term is completely unrelated to the domain (hence the very low clickthrough of only 2%) but it is a very high-value search term.
In my opinion this is spoiling the market, and you risk being banned by ND as soon as they find out how you misuse their system.

I haven't set a search term for this domain! I have left the text field blank! Don't go around accusing people! I haven't misused any system! If i have set "peptides" as a search term, the "related searches" box on the left would have "peptide" related keywords. As you can see the related searches are general keywords. Google displays automatically the sponsored links. Go accuse Google, please...
