Tracking the source of spam - compromised emails

Whenever I register for a forum, I always use a spam-source tracker.

For example, on this forum I use [email protected].

I know immediately if my email has been compromised. I am pleased to inform that

(1) it has never been compromised by dnf under gregr or this new owner

or

(2) people are smart enough to know they are being tracked for compromise so do not submit such email addys to spam barons.

However, be very careful with your PayPal email. Spammers can nab it in a second by spidering this board or if you pay a spammer with that address.

I don't need to say the obvious, if you post your email on this board, you're dead meat with the spambots.
