Trying to upgrade to Exclusive

Im trying to upgrade to exclusive with dnf$. Everytime I click upgrade with dnf$ it takes me back to the homepage.I have 38000 dnf$

Any help is appreciated

I had the same problem with upgrading to platinum.
I was using firefox.
Tried with explorer and It worked.

Im using explorer but still can't get it, tried clearing my cookies in case the old cookie didnt see the dnf$ in my account but no luck,

I did change my user name a while ago Im not sure if this will help the techs
