Our Proposed Business Model & Terms:

We are flexible depending on the quality of the domain and are open to two types of arrangements:

1. Service-Based (Fixed/Hourly Fee): You pay a set price for the development and SEO work. You maintain 100% ownership and keep all revenue generated.
2. Joint Venture / Revenue-Share: For highly premium, brandable, or exact-match domains, we are open to partnering up. We will invest our time, development, and SEO skills in exchange for a mutually agreed equity stake or revenue-share percentage.

Expected Responsibilities:

• Our Side: Handling all technical development, site design, initial SEO setup, and ongoing optimization or content support (depending on the agreement).
• Your Side: Providing the domain name, covering basic external costs (like hosting or specialized API fees if required), and collaborating on the overall vision for the asset.

Due Diligence & Written Agreements: In line with the forum guidelines, we believe in full transparency. Before kicking off any project or partnership, we will put a simple, clear written agreement in place so both parties are completely protected and aligned on terms, timelines, and responsibilities.
