What are your thoughts on .tv?

Personally I think it is the best of all the ccTLD's because it is a recognized term.

much easier to remember than ws, cc, nu, bz etc

especially to someone who knows nothing on the internet

and check overture for s*x.tv 4.5k

double of s*x.net's overture 2.2k

and a few other terms that i checked all had ovt w/ext

Does this change your outlook on the extension?

Personally, it does for me.

But I'd like to hear your opinions..

And Website.ws might have more of a value over lingo.ws (or another dictionary word).

There will be exceptions to everything and this is just my opinion.

I do have a different thought on .TV names :wink:
Actually, I've seen few .TV sale cases over $30k by private transactions few years ago.

This is the key to .tv The use of .tv domains on television to promote products and services will make .tv domains a very valuable commodity for any product or service that is advertised on television.

I do expect .tv to do very well but it will take time.

I think I've said this before in a similar thread, but here goes again....

I'm not much of a .tv fan. Any decent domain costs a bundle to renew it each year. I would prefer to have "exampleTV.com", then "example.tv".

I bet it would be the fastest devoloped site on the internet. With a hugh forum full of people updating the forum while they were buying my products. It would be The domain name of country, classic,rock,easy listening,pop,etc...The domain name would rock. Id even have a place for ringtones,and another to download video's on the mp4player's, zvue's, psp's and other audio video handheld's. Plus a place where you could buy them. Oh man I should not have listed my domain name on the afternic bazarr Mp4-Players.com...
