I have a few Twitter accounts for different interests, and in the last month or so the Twitter spam from 'single lady looking for love' type accounts is getting bad. You'll get an email notice from all these new people following you, and it'll be a provocative photo of a woman, with a bio like "single lonely lady looking for a hookup, go to www. etc". Does anyone else get lots of these?

I've been getting some of those too. Usually you can tell without even opening the email message, because the subject area shows their username, and the spammers I've seen have used long senseless usernames with letters and numbers all jumbled together - something a sincere Twitter user probably wouldn't do.
