I'm new to AdSense, what does this mean:

1 Clickthrough, $19.59 Effective CPM, My earnings: $1.43?

Does that mean one person spent $20 from an ad on my site?

Estimated Cost per 1000 impressions I believe.

So Google is saying they think you will make $20 per 1000 times the ad is shown.

you should probably edit your post as it is against Google's TOS to disclose anything about your Adsense earnings...

but yes, Effective CPM means approximatly how much you would earn with 1000 impressions
