Hi everyone,
I am brokering the sale of a developed website that is consistently making money. It is a very unique business model that doesn't exist anywhere else. I mean these people came up with a gold-mine. The asking price is $250,000 and the site consistently makes $7,500 net per month, $10,000 gross.
Everything is included in the deal: website, domain, and all assets owned by the seller. The seller is highly motivated. He has to leave the country asap for some reason so the price is negotiable.
