UnleadedJokes is a very stable site. It's been around since October 2003. It has well established link exchanges and a good newsletter. You can see from the traffic stats on my tracker:

Back in March the site had 682,936 unique visitors and then in April had 487,018 as you can see in the tracker. Since then I have been preoccupied with work and haven't had a chance to update the site since late April, early May. As a result the traffic has leveled off between 3000 and 4000 unique visitors a day.
There are 13,479 subscribers on the newsletter that generate between 500-1500 clicks per link. Included with the newsletter is a license of the auto mailer script that handles content delivery with an easy to use interface (retails for $50).
The CMS that UnleadedJokes uses is called vrating. It's the standard for humor sites and each license costs $125 which is also included.
Standard site valuations range from 10 months to 15 months of earnings. I'm asking $6,000 because simply by updating the site and promoting it on a regular basis it has shown that it can make that money back in less then a year easily. The recent downturn in earnings do not reflect the actual revenue capability because the newsletter was not being sent out and no fresh content was added over the past four months.
A couple things to note.
There are no guarantees from companies like Casale Media that the site will get back in with them. That is a risk associated with buying the site. We can however include them in our discussion and ask for some kind of preauthorization for your account approval.
If we do this transaction we will have to go through escrow.com in order to protect both of us.
UnleadedJokes is a good value for the money and I have no problem at all saying that with regular content and maintenance the site can make it's money back in way less than a year.

Ok everyone here is the proof of earnings for last 7 months for UnleadedJokes.com. I really want to make sure that people know and understand that the decline in earnings has nothing to do with the sites potential to make money. But, has everything to do with the fact that I have been to busy to work on it or update it in 4 months.

Another thing to note is that Iâm willing to take as much time as needed to make sure the buyer is comfortable with how the site works and with the vrating script.
Iâm working on the bandwidth, storage, and server cost per month at the moment so that information will be up shortly.
